Silas is 2!!!

 Where oh where has the time gone! It seems like just yesterday we found out that I was pregnant! Oh how our lives have changed since then. My sweet little baby boy was born and I completely fell in love with him. From day one he was out to show us that he was ready to be a big boy. He seemed to hit his milestones much before I was ready for him to. He is still at it. He amazes me everyday.
He recently started counting everything. He can now count by himself up to 5. Usually it isn't really in order, but sometimes he gets them all right!
When I ask him to spell his name he says, "S-L-E, Silas"
He often will sit at the table and say, "I want dinner" a table in his mind means it is time to eat dinner.
He still Loves broccoli
He loves cheese, noodles and he will try almost anything. He is usually a good eater.
He loves water, swimming playing with the hose and taking a bath.
He loves bubbles, cars, animals, Legos and well pretty much everything.
He has taken to the role of big brother very well. He gets a little jealous but he is really sweet to Violet most of the time.
He loves Thor. He loves to chase Thor around and will laugh as he does it.
As people around him laugh he will start laughing and say, "funny, I funny"
He knows most animals and the sounds they make.
He knows how old he is.
When you ask him a question he often follows it with, "Me, Me, Me!"
His favorite book right now is, 'Brown Bear' he can almost repeat it all.
He loves to watch 'Super Why'
He loves to help me water our plants and playing outside with chalk or on the play set.
The best news of all is that he is pretty much toilet trained! He has been doing really well for almost two weeks now! Only a couple of accidents and usually only during nap time. He is so big!
Silas is so sweet, I love that he loves to help me with chores, play with me, and snuggle. I need him to stop getting big so fast. I will except time to start moving by more slowly. I Love my little guy.
