Pig Roast/Halloween

So I haven't been very consistent in taking pictures. I now have a camera that I LOVE <---Thanks Dick! Which means there will be many pictures to come.

The end of October through to January is pretty busy for our family... We have our anniversary, Halloween, The annual Pig Roast, My Birthday, I plan to make my second attempt at Fondant cake for. Wyatt's Birthday, Thanksgiving, Stevie, Erin, Emmy's Birthday's Christmas Festivities and then on to New Years.. SO many pictures to came!

So last year was the first Pig Roast, Dick and I had just gotten home from our Honeymoon and went out to Jed and Charma's for the Roof Raising, Pig Roast. This year we had our 2nd Pig Roast at Aaron and Suzzane's house in Lake Shore. They put the pig in the ground in the morning and rented a bounce house. It was a delicious feast!

Dick had to work so he didn't make it until around 9:30. We had good food, good company and good times. The boys dig the pig up. It was stuffed with all kinds of delicious veggies. The Sunset was gorgeous so I had to get a couple shots of that. Dick and I played with Ali in the bounce house for about 10 minutes before we left.














All in all the pig roast was awesome, we had a great time and I am looking forward to next years! Thank you to the hosts and planners that made it all happen.







Halloween happens to be one of my favorite holidays. This year I was able to dress-up for Bunco! Thank you girls! We also went to a haunted house for girls night.




But since I am LAME and didn't do anything on Halloween I didn't dress-up for the actual Holiday. I did however get to take some pictures of my adorable niece and handsome nephew in their costumes, with my BRAND NEW CAMERA!!!! (I am trying to learn all that it can do, it will take a while, there is a lot to learn)


I was also able to eat our Halloween dinner tradition, my mom made some delicious chili while we were ate Megan's and Megan made more wassil. Dick had to work late but it was an alright Halloween, shoot for more excitement in years to come.
